First, lets take a walk down memory lane before introducing my brand new website…

December 1^st, 2017: Out With The Old

“Well, here it is!! Katie Fri Photography got itself a total facelift! I don’t think I have been more excited for anything else in my business! Finally getting my website to where I think it should be is so rewarding and I cannot wait to hear how you like it!! Has anyone else noticed the insane amount of exclamation points I’ve used in this first paragraph alone?

There are a ton of people to thank for helping me these past few months to get my business moving in the right direction, getting my website up and looking good, and dealing with my many stress rants as I deal with senior year as well as running a business. It doesn’t always look pretty, but right now my site does so I think I’ll take this win 😉

For starters the people at Showit were AMAZING they dealt with my many, many questions when it came to moving my site over. MY parents deserve a huge hug (trust me, they have gotten it) for helping me round out the overall look of my site and helping me with the occasional typo or spelling error. MY FRIENDS, oh my goodness, those of you who got a look at the site before launch to give me peace of mind when it came to how it looked were so wonderful, I have no idea what I would do without them!

Now for my clients, past, present, and future. Thank you for giving me an outlet to share my passion and provide you all with photos and experiences I cherish. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Today: In With The New Website

I wrote that post TWO YEARS AGO when I first re-did my site. It’s crazy how far my business has come in that time. It’s crazy to see how much has changed in my life since leaving school. I have always had high expectations for my work and for my website. I got into a groove with my work, but website felt left behind.

Now here we are. We are on the most beautiful site I have ever seen. We are looking at my growing body of work on a platform that does it justice.

New Thank you’s

There are two people the deserve all the credit for that. They are Andrea and Kelly at With Grace and Gold! They spent the last few months helping me narrow my brand and aesthetic as a business and created the most amazing new website for me. It has always been hard for me to ask for help and that was part of the reason I always tried to make my past websites on my own. But a photographer once told me early on in my career that the number one thing she could advise me on was to outsource. So, after years of struggling with technology I reached out to Andra and Kelly and here we are.

I’m so happy to add them to the list of thank you’s from my original post! I also want to re-emphasize the other ones I had already mentioned. This process was made so easy by With Grace and Gold, but my family and friends made it that much more. So, another round of thank you’s to you all!
