Imagine this: it is about 11 degrees outside, feels closer to 0 with the wind blowing in your face. I think there are some photographers and couples that would run away from weather like that. Not this couple. Not only did we manage to get beautiful images, Becca and Mat just oozed joy and love. We chose a perfect spot in Old Town Alexandria and spent the morning jumping around from spot to spot (literally) to keep warm. I don’t think I have giggled more in one shoot. Even though the cold was making it hard to move these two managed to laugh and smile and love. This is definitely my new favorite shoot.

I cannot wait to shoot their wedding in August! SO happy to spend more time with them, and even happier it’ll be warmer when I do!!
