This is a new series I am really excited to dive into! I am going to be going out of order with these trips, so bare with me! For my Travel Journal I want to share not only the images I take but the fun stories along the way. It’s fun to share snippets on social media but it’s even more fun to give you an even bigger picture on the blog! So, without further ado here is my first Travel Journal!

Since my senior year of high school the families in my neighborhood have taken their seniors on a trip over spring break. After a few years a lot of families would join whether or not they had a senior that year. This past year my family joined the crew and flew down to the Dominican Republic. It was a blast to be with so many families I hadn’t seen in a long time because of college. I also got to meet a lot of new people as well! We spent a lot of time on the beach, relaxing, eating a bunch of food, what more could you want? Every night was a different restaurant and every day was a new activity. Honestly, this trip was the kind that ended up being less about the photos and more about the relaxing. That being said, the last day was the big day for picture taking and it turned in to one GIANT senior session!!!

So, on the last day we had all the seniors on the trip come down in their college t-shirts. This made for very unique senior photos I hope this group will never forget. Along with senior photos we managed to get some of the parents to the beach for pictures as well as some none seniors for more picture fun!!
