Chesapeake Bay Bridge

When you first come over the bridge usually this feeling of relief floods over you. You’re over the bridge, you’ve made it to the other side. But for me and my second, it was pure joy and excitement! Heather and Kyle were getting married on the water with the bridge in the background. A Chesapeake Bay Wedding? What more could you want? And as a bonus I had brought along the sunset Queen, Anna. She knew exactly where the sun would be and how to get the perfect shot of all the beautiful colors on the water… you’ll see in a minute what I’m talking about!

The Perfect Engagement

Heather and I have known each other for a while! When she told me she got engaged and showed me the GORGEOUS ring Kyle picked out I couldn’t have been more excited for her. He proposed on Christmas morning in front of their family and it sounded so perfect. She then asked me to shoot their weddings and I melted. A few months later we shot their engagement photos and we all melted… from the sweltering heat HA! Trust me when I say, I have shot in two different extremes and would almost prefer the 5 degree weather to the 100 degrees. Almost. Heather and Kyle are what made it 110% worth it. When they can take amazing pictures all while boiling in the heat and absolutely crush it, I’m on board.

What a Wedding

Their Chesapeake Bay wedding took place less than a year after that day in the heat at the end of March. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect. From the details to to the vows guests could truly see the love these two shared. I could seriously go on and on about these two, but I’m going to let these pictures speak for themselves!
